I can't view a resume/cover letter; it won't open or I'm getting error messages.

When this happens the first option is simply to refresh the web page. The document viewers TAM uses sometimes don't load the document the first time.

The second option is to use a different document viewer. TAM supports three different viewers: a Google Docs viewer, a TAM docs viewer, and an HTML viewer. If one viewer doesn't work, just switch to a different viewer. The viewer options are shown as links at the bottom of the documents page.
