Posting to National Labor Exchange (NLx)

The National Labor Exchange (NLx) is an electronic labor-exchange network, created in 2007 in a partnership agreement between NASWA and DirectEmployers Association (DirectEmployers). This is an unprecedented public-private partnership that leverages private non-profit-owned technology with existing state workforce agency resources.

US National Labor Exchange uses an "indexing" process to identify links to jobs on corporate web sites. Job seekers who click on a job title on the search results page are taken directly to the job listing on the corporate web site. This is essentially the same process that is used by all high-level Internet search engines.

Indexed jobs are included in US National Labor Exchange and made available to participating state workforce agency career sites when city/state locations are provided for each jobLearn more about membership in DirectEmployers Association and the National Labor Exchange.

To see whether your Careers Page is already indexed on NLx, or to request indexing for your page, click here to open the NLx indexing page in a new tab.

Once your page has been indexed, no further action should be required from you. Any jobs posted to your indexed Careers Page (which meet the NLx criteria) will be included on NLx automatically thereafter.

NOTE: This service is not provided by TAM and we have no control over how NLx handles your jobs.
