Cloning Applicant Information

TAM allows users to clone applicant information from one job posting to another.  This might be useful for situations where applicants applied to one job opening and are also qualified for other job openings. 

First, find the applicant through the search function or select the applicant from the applicant table.

Then click on the button above the applicant table titled "Change all Selected Applicant"

From there, you can select the different positions that will have a copy of the selected applicant profile.  Hold down the "control" button to select more than one job openings.  

Click on the "Run" button to finish the procedure.
