Multiple Employment Applications

TAM does support multiple employment applications, although the default is to allow only one.  If you need more than one application just contact us and we'll enable this feature for you.

 Once this feature is enabled you will be able to use the SaveAs feature under Setup, Application for Employment to create multiple applications:

 

Then whenever you create/edit a position simply select which application to use for that position.

 

If you have a multiple-company setup in TAM you can assign different employment applications to each sub-company. In this case you will see an extra drop-down menu when editing an employment application.

The selected sub-company's logo and name will be used throughout the current employment application.
