Positions Table

The Positions Table displays all positions (requisitions, jobs) in your company. Normally closed/filled positions are not loaded from the database, but you can click the link at the top left of the table to load and display them when you need to look at past information.

Each TAM user can configure their Positions Table to display the columns of data they want, in the order they want.  Reorder columns by clicking on and dragging each heading to the desired location. The "gear" icon at the top allows you to show or hide columns. Columns may be sorted by clicking on the heading, and filtered by typing into the box at the top. Please refer to the article on Customizing Your Applicant Table, as the methods are exactly the same.

A few things to note:

  1. Reports can be generated directly from this page by saving the data to CSV/Excel. Just use the icons at the top of the table.
  2. The Page Views column tells you how many total hits (visitors) you had to the individual Job page for each position.
  3. If you require a full employment application immediately after pre-screening, then the Incompletes are applicants who completed the pre-screening form but did not complete the employment application.
  4. If you are using the Apply with LinkedIn or Indeed Apply buttons then the Incompletes are applicants who clicked the button but did not complete the pre-screening form.
  5. (If you are using 2. and 3. then the Incompletes are combined).
  6. Total applicants are those who completed the pre-screening form as well as the employment application (if required). This number also includes any inactive applicants who have already been disqualified by failing a Pass/Fail question, or being closed/failed by a TAM user.
  7. Active applicants are those applicants you still have in your pipeline (passed all Pass/Fail questions, if used, and haven't been "failed" yet by a TAM user).

Naturally there will be a drop-off from the number of visitors to the Job page to the number who actually apply.  Don't be discouraged if this number looks low for your positions.  A 30-40% conversion rate from viewer to applicant is very strong for most companies, and even 10% may not be bad, depending on the type of position being posted.  If you have questions regarding your conversion rate please give us a call.
