Posting on organic (free) job boards

TAM can automatically post your positions to several organic (free) job boards.  Currently we support Indeed, Simply Hired, Jobs.com (part of Monster), JuJu, MyJobHelper, Jooble, JobRapido, and ZipRecruiter.  You have three options for each of these boards: 1) never post to the board, 2) post all positions to the board automatically, 3) post on a position-by-position basis.  To change these company-wide settings you must either be an administrator or be granted access by an administrator.  Simply go to Setup -> Job Boards, select the desired options, then click Save.

When a job board is selected on a position-by-position basis  (option 3 above) you can make that choice when creating or editing the position.  Once the position is opened it will be added to the TAM feed for that job board.  Each job board picks up these feeds on their own schedule, so it may take up to 12 hours before your job is posted to the free board.

When posting to these job boards it is important that your location fit the City, State, Country model that all the job boards use (or City, Province, Country for Canada). If not, the chances of applicants finding your job on the job boards may be reduced, and the job may not even show up.
