Posting on HCareers
TAM has an integration with HCareers such that you can post jobs to HCareers directly from TAM. However, HCareers only allows this integration for clients with a minimum volume of postings per year. You must first have an account with HCareers, and pricing/payments for postings is handled through them. TAM simply delivers the postings to HCareers.
Please contact your HCareers representative to see whether they will support this integration for your company. If so you will need a Vendor ID from HCareers. The Vendor ID looks something like this: 2B13D8F09CE0DA47. Then send an email to support@theapplicantmanager.com with your request and your vendor ID. We'll send you an email to let you know when your account has been set up - usually on the same day.
Once your account is configured you will be able to select HCareers when opening a new position. There are other items required by HCareers as marked with the red astericks.
- When creating a position, check the box "Post this position to HCareers" at the bottom left of the page.
- Fill out the form which opens below this box. All of the items marks with * are required. You should copy the job posting text from the top of the page and paste it in the Job Description box for HCareers. You can also cut the portion concerning job requirements and paste that in the Job Description box. Once complete, hit Save.
- Once you set the position to Open, we will add it to our HCareers feed. HCareers pulls our feed twice per day, so you will not see the position posted immediately on HCareers. It may take a few hours. You be billed by HCareers for the posting at your normal rate. We will push the position out as long as it is open in TAM. As a safeguard, TAM will stop sending the posting to HCareers after 30 days. TAM will send you an email to confirm that you want to continue the post. If so, TAM will resume posting and HCareers will bill you for a second posting past the 30 days mark.
