Using social media to post/share positions

Once a position is Open (Draft/On Hold/Closed positions cannot be shared), you and your applicants each have ways to share your positions on your social media feeds (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, as of June 2020 - sites may be added or removed over time).

TAM Users: Go to Positions > Edit a Position, and load any of your Open positions from the dropdown at the upper left. When the position has loaded, find your social media icons at the upper right, as in this screenshot:

Click on any icon to sign in and share to the feed or timeline for any social accounts you have access to (whether your personal account or your organization's account). Please note that this is not the same as posting to to the "job boards" for your social sites - this simply creates a "post" on your timeline that links to your open position.

To learn more about posting to your "jobs tab" or "jobs board" on your various social accounts, your existing representative (if you have one) with each site is the right place to start - then reach out to TAM Support with questions as needed.

Applicants/Non-Users: Go to the Job page for each position to share on social media.  Anyone who has access your jobs from your Careers Page and certain job boards will see the options below to post to their own social media accounts:
