Applicant's Page

The following guideline details the features of this page.  Some features are controlled by your company's access levels; not all features are available to all users.

1.  Toggles between view & edit modes.  When allowed you can edit the applicant's information (name, email, etc), as well as their responses to the pre-screening questions.  Edit mode also allows downloading or deleting attachments.

2.  Click here to enter a Note for this applicant.

3.  This creates a Summary file of the applicant in pdf format.

4.  Open the calendar and appointment scheduler.

5.  Share this applicant with another TAM user.  Gives access to this applicant to another hiring manager or interviewer.

6.  Forward this applicant's attachments (resume, etc) to someone who does not have a TAM account via email.

7.  Controls the application for employment (if your company uses this).  Clicking here allows sending a request to the applicant to complete the online application.  If an application is already in progress a colored flag will appear indicating progress.  A grey flag means the application is in progress, clicking on the flag will display a summary of the applicant's progress.  A green flag indicates completion, at that point the application will be displayed with the other attachments.  A yellow flag (this feature not implemented yet) will display overdue status.

8.  Any integrations with TAM partners which your company is using will display here (personality assessments, skill assessments, reference checks, background checks, etc).  As with #7 above clicking on the icon will initiate the process, while a colored flag will indicate progress.  Once any process is complete the results will be displayed under a tab to the right with the attachments.

9.  Each user can rate an applicant (if enabled for your company).  These are subjective ratings and are displayed on the Applicants' table for reference.

10.  The blue arrows allow stepping to the previous/next applicant in the list (if you came to this page from an Applicants' table).

11.  To send an email to the applicant click here.

12.  If your company is storing any private data it can be seen here by users with the proper access.

13.  The applicant's status is shown here and can be changed by clicking.

14.  The thumbs up/down allow passing/failing the applicant.  The thumbs up+ allows failing and providing a reason.

15.  All notes will be displayed here; administrators can edit this field.

16.  All emails sent to and received from the applicant are tracked and displayed here.

17.  Any changes to the applicant's status are tracked here.

18.  Ratings history for all users can be seen here.

19.  Tags can be applied to this applicant here.

20.  Additional TAM fields as well as all custom fields are displayed and can be changed here.

21.  All attachments, the applicant's responses to pre-screening and pass/fail questions, the employment application (if used) and other results are displayed here.  Some attachments can be downloaded from the document itself, others require switching to edit mode (see item 1).

22.  Additional documents can be uploaded and attached to this applicant's record.

23.  TAM supports three methods of viewing documents and you can switch between views here.
