Assigning one or more applicants to multiple positions

In some cases you may want to take an existing applicant and assign them to multiple positions.  For example, this is useful when a recruiter is recommending an applicant to multiple client companies.

TAM creates and maintains separate records for each position an applicant applies, so in this case TAM supports a "copy record" feature.

Under Talent Pool in the top menu, choose Applicants or Non-Applicants.  Select the applicants that you wish to apply to another job.  You can use any of the filters or checkboxes to select the exact applicants you want. If you don't see the checkboxes on your page then you need to turn them on in your configuration.

Once you have the applicants listed that you want to copy, select "Change all selected applicants" icon.  You can then select a position from the pulldown (or use ctrl-click to select multiple positions), then hit Go.  TAM will copy the record for each applicant to a new record under the selected position(s).  All information as well as attachments will be copied (resume, cover letter, etc).  Notes will be copied and can then be edited for the new record.  Email history will NOT be copied.  Once you make the copy, the two records are completely separate; any changes you make to one will not affect the other.
