Hired Employee Report
TAM provides a powerful Advanced Search feature which allows you to search for applicants or non-applicants anywhere in your database. You can use this feature to create reports on employees you have hired.
To access this feature go to Talent Pool, Search.
- Under "Select from Talent Pool" select Applicants and Inactive Applicants.
- Select the Positions you want to report on.
- Click Clear All Filters to clear any previous search results.
- Select the Date Range you want.
- Click on the Hired Applicants box.
- Click Run Report.
You'll be able to see all applicants who have been marked as Hired in the table.You can use the Configure option (the "gear" on top of the table) to display/hide the columns you wish to report on.
From this table you can print, copy to your clipboard, or send to a .csv or excel file to create a report.
