TAM Docs view problem in Firefox or Internet Explorer web browsers

We generally recommend using the TAM docs view to view an applicant's attachments (resume, cover letter, or others) on the applicant's page, as it displays Microsoft docs better than the Google docs view. However, some browsers will occasionally hide the menu at the top.  This is the menu that allows you to print or download the resume. Here's how this view looks in Google Chrome.

The following screen shot shows the top of the resume without the menu, as seen sometimes in Firefox or Internet Explorer.

There are two workarounds for this. First, you can print the attachment simply by clicking in the body somewhere and then using ctrl-P. You can download the attachment by switching to Edit mode (the toggle switch on the upper left part of the applicant's page), and then clicking the download icon.

The second work around is to switch to 'Google Docs view,' at the bottom of the resume.  Then hover your mouse over the top right corner of the resume as shown on the following screen shot.  Clicking on the arrow will open the resume in a different browser tab and allow you to print.
