Sharing an applicant's information with another TAM user

Because of TAM's role-based access control, hiring managers only have access to applicants who applied for positions assigned to them.  Interviewers do not have access to any applicants unless specifically granted access. However, anyone with access to an applicant's record can share that applicant's information with another TAM user.  This is useful when an applicant may be qualified for a position in another manager's group.

On the applicant's page just click on "Share with another TAM user".  You can then choose from anyone with a TAM account.  They'll receive an email with a link to that applicant's page, as well as be granted access to that applicant.

The email to be sent to the other TAM user(s) will be loaded from an email template: "TAM: Share applicant with another TAM user".  If you want to use your own template simply load the TAM template, make your changes and then save it with the same name.  You will then see a "Share applicant with another TAM user" template under My Templates which will be used for this feature.
