What are Red Flagged applicants?

The "Red Flag" feature in TAM is a method for immediately disqualifying an applicant whenever they apply for any position with your company.  There are many reasons for doing this; an employee was fired and you want to make sure they do not apply again, an applicant is clearly disqualified for any position you open, but repeatedly applies anyway, or the applicant exhibited behavior during a phone screen or interview which you deem makes them a high risk hire.

By red-flagging an applicant you ensure that any recruiter or hiring manager in the future will not have to deal with this applicant again.  Whenever they apply they will be immediately disqualified and their record marked as "Failed, Previously Red-flagged".  You can apply the Red Flag when you Fail an applicant at any workflow step.

The applicant's record will be marked as Red Flagged on their page as well as on the Applicants Table.

You can search for all red-flagged applicants by using TAM's advanced search, under Talent Pool, Search.

Only users with administrator or recruiter access can remove Red Flags on an applicant's page.
