Entering comments/notes for applicants

Notes can be entered on the applicant's page to keep track of phone screens, interviews, etc. Notes can be entered and viewed by any TAM user having access to that applicant's page.

Notes are entered on the applicant's page.  Simply click on the notes icon above the applicant's personal information.  

 

A pop out window will appear.  It can be moved anywhere on the screen.  Type your notes in the box and click Save. 

Your notes will be appended to the Notes history.  TAM will automatically add your name and the date.

For hiring managers, notes cannot be changed/deleted once they are in the Notes History.  Only Administrators can change/delete items in the Notes History.
