Uploading a profile from LinkedIn

If you find a candidate on LinkedIn and would like to add him/her to your Talent Pool in TAM, you can upload their LinkedIn profile into TAM.

Within the candidate's profile, click on the pull-down arrow at Follow/Send InMail.
Choose Export to PDF

Once the PDF downloads, simply forward the email to resumes@theapplicantmanager.com
TAM will parse the resume and add the applicant to your non-applicant database. You will receive an email once the upload is complete with a link to the applicant's record. On the applicant's page you may then apply them to a position, add tags, make notes, etc.
