Additional settings you can personalize

There are a few additional personalization features you can do on TAM.  Go to "Hi [Your Name]!" > My Settings, Personalize.

1.  We offer several different color themes to suit your preference. You can also choose to alternate the color of the rows in your tables.

2.  We offer a few different images to entertain you while TAM is thinking. (This is where you get TAMi, the loading dog!)

3. You can change the size of the Recruiting Status widget on your TAM Desktop.

4.  You can display both date and time for events on your tables.  The default, if you don't check the box, is to display only the date.

5.  You can automatically move to the next applicant once you pass/fail an applicant.  The default, if you don't check the box, is to remain on the applicant page when you pass/fail him.

6.  You can select to have the applicant's individual page open in the same window, when you click their name from the Applicant Table. (By default, they'll open in a new browser tab or window.)

7.  You can choose to have your positions sort alphabetically or by position number.

8.  You can revert to TAM's older, Legacy View. (Not recommended, but if you must.)

9.  To influence how quickly your TAM pages will load, you can temporarily limit the length of history of your positions that TAM will show. Shorter histories result in faster load times, but might result in confusion if you start to look for older data. If you choose to alter this setting, please make a note to come back here when you need to access your older positions. It's important to remember that older data is not gone; it's just temporarily hidden by this setting.
