Customizing your Applicant Table
The Applicant Table displays any group of selected applicants and is accessible from Talent Pool, Applicants, Non Applicants, or Search. Each TAM user can customize the Applicant Table to their own needs.
First, you can choose which columns of data are displayed/hidden by clicking on the configuration icon at the top of the applicant table.
Second, you can change the order of the columns. Simply click on the title of the column you want to move (holding the mouse button down) and drag it to a new position. In this example we decided to display applicant's ratings as the first column.
Third, you can choose how many applicants to display per page, then use the blue arrows to step from page to page.
Any changes are automatically saved to your user settings.
