Confirmation of application to a position
When applicants apply for a position, once they complete the required items as defined by your process, they are redirected to a web page which confirms their application. The message that appears on this page is created by you and applies to all positions within your company.
To create/edit this message go to Setup, Messages & Lists. You can use the text editor to format the message however you like, including fonts, colors, links, etc. In addition you can use any of the email template "tokens" in this message.
The applicant will always be directed to the web page and, in addition, you can optionally send this message to the applicant in an email, by checking the box below the message.
