Moving an applicant to a Position
A TAM user with administrator privileges (or any user granted access to this feature) can move an applicant from one position to another, or assign a non-applicant to a position. If moving an applicant from one position to another you should always consider contacting the applicant and asking them to apply for the other position, since manually moving their record in TAM may result in missing pre-screening questions, etc.
To move one applicant simply go to that applicant's page and select the position to assign them to.
You will see a popup allowing you to choose whether to leave the applicant's status as-is or reset it to New for the new position.
To move multiple applicants go to either the Applicants or the Non-Applicants table. Use the filters and/or checkboxes to select the applicants you want to move. (If the checkboxes don't appear on your table you can turn them on using the configuration button to select columns). Once you've selected the desired list of applicants click on the "assign" icon.
On the next page select the position to move the list to.
