Source Tracking

Source Tracking is the method used to determine where your applicants come from.  This is vitally important to determine where to spend your time and money posting positions in order to draw the best applicants.  In addition source data can help you determine the effectiveness of your company Careers web page, employee referrals and job fairs.

When an applicant applies for any of your positions TAM tracks the web page they came from.  If they came from a job board, we track that.  If they came from your web site, we track that.  If they came from a social media source, we track that.  And finally, if they click on an email link to get to the Job page, we track that.

Optionally, you can ask applicants "How did you hear about this position?" on the Job page.  This question is added to your pre-screening form(s).
