Skill Survey Reference Checks
SkillSurvey® is the inventor and leading provider of reference-checking solutions that increase quality-of-hire and improve recruiting efficiency. Through its web-based Pre-Hire 360™ product, recruiters use an assessment to obtain direct-feedback from references about a candidate's behaviors and skills related to an opening. The results are aggregated and delivered in a "360-style" report that provides a full-view of the applicant's qualifications. TAM is tightly integrated with Skill Survey such that you can request reference checks directly from an applicant's page in TAM, and then view the results in TAM. To obtain pricing on this feature and to enable it please contact our Sales department at sales@theapplicantmanager.com.
Once Skill Survey is enabled you will need to configure it for your company's use. Skill Survey uses a pre-defined set of questions when obtaining references, and these questions are based on a selected Job category. Step 1 is to select those Job categories which apply to you.
Go to Setup, Integrations, Skill Survey Reference Checks. This page will display all the Job categories supported. Simply check those which apply to your company and then hit Save.
Step 2 is to turn on the reference checking and select the proper Job Category for each position in which you want to collect references.
Once this is done you will be able to request a reference check on a per-applicant basis, just by clicking on the link on the applicant's page.
Once the references are complete you will receive an email notice and you'll be able to review the results on the applicant's page.
