Electronic "EEO is the Law" Poster

If you collect EEOC data for applicants you are required to post the "EEO is the Law" posters in conspicuous locations for your applicants.  Fortunately the EEOC understands that many applicants come through careers pages and so provides an electronic postings to use there for those applicants.

Here is an example of how this might look:

• For E-Verify Poster Spanish, Click here
• For E-Verify Native Documents/Right to Work English, Click here

In Setup>Careers page click on the chain link icon in the text editor.  

Then add the web address that points to the appropriate poster.  If you highlight the wording prior to clicking on the link icon the words will become the link.
