EEO Reporting
EEO reports can by default only be run by TAM users with administrator access, although access can be granted to other users by an administrator (under Admin -> Users -> Access Levels). An applicant's EEO data is not displayed on the applicant's page for reasons of data protection. It can only be accessed through running an EEO Report.
To access the Reports simply go to Admin -> Reports. You can select from the following Compliance Reports:
In addition the reports can be broken down by position(s), locations, departments, and date range. You can also select to run the report across only qualified applicants or all applicants. Qualified applicants are those considered true applicants by the OFCCP guidelines. If you apply one of the TAM "Non App" reasons for not considering an applicant, i.e., "Does not meet basic quals", "Application withdrawn", "Declined job offer", or "Applicant non-responsive", then they are not considered a true applicant by the OFCCP guidelines and should not be included in any reports.
The EEO Summary provides a summary report of your applicant's responses to the EEO data question across your chosen filters (positions, locations, departments, date range):
The Disability Invitation Summary provides a summary report of your applicant's responses to the Disability Invitation question across your chosen filters (positions, locations, departments, date range):
The Vets Invitation Summary provides a summary report of your applicant's responses to the Vets Invitation question across your chosen filters (positions, locations, departments, date range):
The Applicant Flow Log provides detailed responses from all applicants as to the EEO questions. The Flow Log data is displayed in the standard, customizable TAM table. With this table you can 1) select which columns of the applicants data you wish to display, 2) rearrange the columns by clicking on a column title and dragging it to a new position, 3) edit an applicant's responses, and 4) export the table to Excel for further data manipulation and formal reporting.
The Edit button allows you to edit any applicant's data. This feature should be used carefully as you rarely should be overwriting any data an applicant themselves provided when applying. It can however be used to enter data for applicants who did not apply through the normal TAM flow, and therefore did not answer the EEO questions through TAM. An example would be if you have applicants apply by completing a paper employment application and an EEO form, which are then uploaded to TAM. This edit feature allows you to enter those EEO responses.
