Example of EEO/Disability/Vets applicant page

This is an example of the page an applicant will see in TAM if you have turned on EEO, Disability and VETS invitation data.  The applicant will be presented this page after completing the pre-screening form, or, if you're requiring employment applications from all applicants, after they've completed the application.  Once the applicant reaches this page they are an "official" applicant, whether they complete this page or not.  All items are entirely optional.
