Subscribers to New Positions

TAM provides the option to place a link on both your Careers/Open Positions page and/or your Jobs page which allows visitors to subscribe to a mailing list.  The visitor must supply their name and email address, but are not required to submit a resume or any other information.  Whenever you open a new position the subscribers will receive an email notification along with a link to the Jobs page.

To turn on this feature on your Careers/Open Positions page go to Setup, Careers Page.  Check the box and hit Save.

To turn on this feature on all your Jobs pages go to Setup, Jobs Page.  Check the box and hit Save.

You may access a table of your subscribers under Talent Pool.  From this table you can communicate with the subscribers by email.  Any emails you send to subscribers will include a link which allows them to opt-out of future emails.
