Can I send applicants email from a no-reply email address?

TAM supports a user account for an anonymous email.  From Manage Users just create a new user account with the email address being an account you don't normally reply to (such as noreply@mycompany.com).  This does not have to be en existing email account, but it should include your company's domain.  Select Anonymous as the user type.  Enter any first name, last name and username you like.

 

Then, whenever you send an email you may choose to use this as the From: email address.  This might normally be used when closing a position and sending applicants the "Thanks for Applying" email.  

 

Only an Administrator can create this anonymous email account. You may only setup one Anonymous account. However, once created, any TAM user can use it.
