Collecting Unsolicited Resumes

If an applicant visits your Careers / Open Positions page and does not see a position they wish to apply for, you may choose to allow them to submit their resume into your database (unsolicited resumes).  To turn on this feature go to Setup, Careers Page.

You have the option of having email alerts sent to any email address you choose whenever a resume is attached.  Or, you can just monitor new unsolicited resumes on your Desktop.

You can also design a pre-screening form to be used on the Resumes page.  This way you can collect any other information you'd like.  This can also be a remedy to the cases where TAM cannot properly parse a resume (you may see Unknown Unknown on the applicant's page).  By asking for the name, email, etc. along with the resume you ensure that you're getting the latest, correct information.

Unsolicited resumes may be collected whether TAM hosts your Careers page or you host it with a javascript feed of positions from TAM.
