Allowing applicants to check the status of the position(s) they applied for

If you are using the TAM-hosted web page for your Open Positions or Careers page, you can turn on a feature which allows an applicant to check on the status of all positions they have applied for.



When an applicant clicks on status they will be requested to enter their email.  TAM will then send them an email listing each position they have applied for as well as the status of those positions (open, filled, etc.).  The applicant will not be told their status (whether they have been rejected or not), only the position's status.

To turn on this feature go to Setup, Careers Page.  You can enter the message you want added to the bottom of the email.
