TAM's integration with TalentClick allows you to request applicant assessments directly from TAM. You can send assessment requests manually for a single applicant, or you can specify that all applicants will be asked to complete an assessment when applying.
If you have an account created with TalentClick all billing for this service is handled through TalentClick. However, there is an implementation fee for TAM to create your interface to TalentClick.
If you do not have an account with TalentClick TAM can initiate assessments for you. Assessments are billed at $46 per applicant.
Section 1 – Account Setup (One Time Only)
To begin your account setup for TalentClick go to Setup -> Integrations and click on the "Sign me Up!" button. A member of our Support staff will contact you to turn on this feature as well as answer any question you may have.
- You have the option to initiate an assessment manually from each applicant's page by clicking on the TC icon.
- Completed assessments can be viewed under the Applicant Assessments category on each applicant's page.
- You also can request assessments when the applicants initially apply for a position. This is controlled on a position-by-position basis. Go to Positions > Edit Position, select the desired position, and check the "TalentClick assessment requested when applying" box.
